THIS YEAR YOU'RE UP AGAINST A WHOLE NEW LEVEL OF FEAR. HERE ARE A FEW TIPS TO HELP YOU MAKE IT OUT ALIVE.

  • Make sure to purchase a Halloween Horror Nights Express Pass™ so you can cut past the regular lines at ALL haunted houses, plus participating rides and attractions. A limited number are sold each night and they sell out fast.
  • No masks or costumes allowed. Your own terrified face will be enough.
  • No food, drinks, bottles, recording, flash photography, flashlights or laser pens are permitted in the haunted houses. Screaming and sobbing are perfectly fine, though.
  • If you mistreat any of the Halloween Horror Nights™ performers, you’ll be sent home (possibly in a body bag).
  • Avoid line jumping, foul language, inappropriate behavior, and any bloodthirsty creatures headed your way.

PEOPLE WILL BE "DYING" TO GET IN. BUY YOUR TICKETS ONLINE AHEAD OF TIME.

  • This event may sell out on certain nights—and if it does—tickets will not be available at the front gate.

MONSTERS HATE WAITING ON THEIR VICTIMS. GET THERE EARLY.

  • There will be a lot of traffic headed to Universal Orlando Resort™, and at the entrance to the parking garage–especially on Saturday nights.
  • Free self-parking after 6PM is not valid on Halloween Horror Nights™.
  • Universal CityWalk™ is on your way into the park. It’s a great place to grab dinner and drinks before the event begins.
  • For these reasons we recommend you arrive at Universal Orlando Resort™ before 5:00pm if possible.

ATTRACTION REQUIREMENTS

Many attractions maintain safety admission requirements for guests with disabilities. Additional health restrictions and guidelines are posted at each attraction and haunted house.
  • We apologize, but motorized wheelchairs and electric convenience vehicles (ECVs) are not permitted in any queue, haunted house, or on any ride vehicle. If you have questions, please see any ride attendant or visit Guest Services.
  • Service animal walking areas are available in Central Park and next to MEN IN BLACK™ Alien Attack™.
  • American Sign Language Interpreting services will be made available to Guests who are deaf or hard of hearing for the Bill & Ted show. To arrange an interpreter for the night of your visit, email us at SignLanguageServices@universalorlando.com at least one week prior to your arrival.
