Halloween Horror Nights Scary Film Competition

It started with well over 100 hopeful filmmakers, then to the final ten. Now, it‘s down to one.

Elizabeth Schieffer of Dallas, Texas is the winner of the 2010 Halloween Horror Nights Scary Film Competition. Schieffer's film "Jasper" was selected as this year's winner by online voters who picked their favorite from the 10 finalists.

"Jasper" will premiere on Chiller TV, and is posted on SyFy.com. Schieffer receives a $1,000 cash prize and an exclusive invitation to the opening night "Eyegore Awards" ceremony for two at Halloween Horror Nights.
